CUSTOM STAINLESS STEEL
PCK has a long history of supplying customised stainless steel solutions to our clients. Our previous owner had his own factory in Girraween and we have continued in this tradition by partnering with the best stainless steel manufacturers in Sydney.
We only use suppliers who are specialised in fabricating stainless steel to the hospitality industry and as such, we have long term relationships with precision fabricators who we work with on a daily basis.
Stainless steel is most widely used in the hospitality industry especially in commercial kitchens, restaurant kitchens, bars and pubs, cafes and take aways, food courts, canteens and also in marine environments, although the grade used here is especially designed to withhold salty conditions and is expensive to source.
At PCK, we site measure all our stainless steel requirements and we prepare detailed workshop drawings which the customer can sign off on, so the right build and finish and the right sizes are guaranteed.
There is a number of applications that we produce especially for kitchens, including work tops, work benches, wet benches and dry benches, with or without a splashback, under benches and under pot racks, door assemblies, wall shelves and pot racks, with or without welded ends (for use over hot stoves), cold bars, even displays, fridges and Bain Maries, stainless steel wall panels with FC board backing, hanging shelves and bar tops and many more.
Our site team will take delivery from the factory and then install according to your requirements and often a site join is required where our stainless trades will come and put the finishing touches on a corner bench top or l-shaped bench. This is often required when access to a premise is limited and where the client insists on an immaculate finish!
PCK have done many site installs and full fitouts usually with our parent company Protech Hospitality Hub who specialises in turnkey fitout and installations in the hospitality industry.
